Bedrock represents the solid foundation beneath everything else. The immovable base. The place where good technique, control, and discipline are developed before anything more complex is layered on top. This series is calm, deliberate, and focused. No chaos, no rushing through reps — just strong, controlled movement patterns that build the kind of strength that lasts. In this first session we focus on the core kettlebell fundamentals: squatting, hinging, pressing, pulling, carrying, and core stability. Master these movements and you’ll have a foundation you can build almost any training style on top of.
