Welcome to the Kettlebell Forge Series—a brand-new workout series focused on building raw strength, resilience, and control. Just like forging a suit of armour in the fire, each session builds a new “plate” of strength, adding layer by layer to a stronger, more powerful body.


Day 1 is all about forging the breastplate and pauldrons—your chest and shoulders. This session focuses on pressing strength, upper body power, and shoulder stability, creating the strength you need both in training and everyday life.
